Vim Syntax File For GDMO

I wrote a GDMO syntax file for VIM (Vi Improved) and it's been part of official distribution more than 10 years.
The problem was that this official syntax file had old information on my contact and latest version of the file.
I've recently contacted Bram Moolenaar and he asked me to provide updated information on the header.
So, here is.
